Founders

Sean — Founder

Sean Sanderson brings a hands-on background in real estate investment, property management, and strategic market analysis. Over the past decade, he has worked on projects ranging from residential developments to hospitality-focused short-term rental portfolios. His expertise spans property acquisitions, operations, and long-term asset optimization, with a focus on combining disciplined financial modeling with practical execution. Sean leads the firm’s operational strategy, project evaluation, and real estate acquisition efforts.

Danielle — Founder & Managing Partner

Danielle Sanderson brings a multidisciplinary academic foundation and broad professional perspective to her leadership role. She earned her undergraduate degrees, with honors, in Political Science and History from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), with a minor in Economics, providing both analytical rigor and historical context to her strategic work. Danielle went on to complete a Master's of Arts at Columbia University as well as a Master’s in Management at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on organizational leadership, strategy, and global markets. She completed coursework at The Wharton School of Business in Entrepreneurial Leadership, winning the case competition in 2007. She later pursued doctoral studies at the University of Cambridge, further deepening her expertise in economic systems and market dynamics concerning her field at the time, higher education.
